A calendar is not a scheduling system
Aesthetic practices have constraints that general calendars do not model: service durations that differ by provider experience, devices that cannot be double-booked, rooms with specific equipment, and consultations that must precede certain treatments.
Deposits change no-show economics
For high-value appointments, a deposit rule applied selectively by service is usually more effective than a blanket policy. Check whether deposits can be configured per service and per new-versus-returning patient.
Design the reminder sequence deliberately
Reminder timing matters more than reminder count. Confirm that you can set the cadence per service type, that replies route to a monitored inbox, and what each message costs once volume is realistic.
