Acquisition and retention are different jobs
Most CRM discussions in aesthetics focus on lead follow-up, but for an established practice retention produces more revenue for less spend. A good CRM has to do both, and vendors are rarely equally strong at each.
Treatment-interval recall is the core mechanic
Neurotoxin and filler patients run on predictable intervals. A CRM that can automatically identify patients approaching or past their interval, and route them into a specific message and booking path, is doing the most valuable work available in an aesthetic practice.
The metrics worth reporting monthly
Ask whether the platform can produce these without a spreadsheet.
- Rebooking rate at the time of checkout
- Share of patients past their expected treatment interval
- Consultation to treatment conversion rate
- Revenue per active patient over twelve months
- Membership retention and churn
